We’re looking for skate coaches to deliver structured roller skating lessons in their area in partnership with RollaDome.

Role Purpose:
As an Assistant Trainee Coach you will assist the head coach in the delivery of Roller Sports programs and events.

Role Description:
• To assist the head coach.
• Train in all aspects of Sports Coaching.
• Attend weekly Roller sports clubs with Head Coach
• Use of effective technical and tactical methods (assessment)
• Conduct skills gap analyses.
• Assess the impact of training on employee performance.
• Liaise with external partners and outsource training.
• Update curriculum database and training records

Special Conditions:
The role may require you to work at various peripatetic locations for which there will be no additional remuneration other then incurred expenditure’s;
